A Northern European customer faced persistent cleanability and handling issues with their magnetic agitator featuring a counter bearing. To overcome these challenges, ZETA implemented a proven solution that ensures optimal hygiene and simplifies maintenance.

The challenge

The customer struggled with cleaning difficulties caused by the counter bearing design, which made hygienic processes complex and time-consuming. Additionally, the existing agitator offered limited flexibility for multipurpose production, restricting the ability to adapt to different process requirements. Finally, the customer needed to ensure process integrity during the equipment change, avoiding any negative impact on mixing efficiency or overall performance.
